Yildiz holds official contacts in St. Petersburg

As part of his official contacts on Thursday in Russia's St. Petersburg, Energy Minister Taner Yildiz met with Iraq's Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Prime Minister Nechirvan Barzani and Natural Resources Minister Ashti Hawrami. Speaking on the sidelines of the meeting, Yildiz said that Turkey was considering every part of Iraq very important and ready to make contributions to the normalization process in Iraq. Yildiz added that Turkish companies and developers operated in line with Iraqi laws and that there are a number of new projects to develop in the country's north and south.
