Guler represents Turkey at intl energy conference

Energy and Natural Resources Minister Hilmi Guler represented Turkey at an international energy conference over the weekend in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In their final declaration, oil and energy ministers from 37 countries urged markets to be more transparent and work for the stability of world oil markets.
