Turkey, with its plan to purchase 100 fighter jets – after a $16 billion deal with the US' Lockheed Martin was scuttled over the aerospace giant's refusal to share technology with Turkey – has also reportedly received an offer from Europe, one that includes the sharing of the know-how Turkey wants.
