FM Davutoglu telephones his Azeri, Russian counterparts

Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu yesterday telephoned his Azeri counterpart Elmar Elmar Mammadyarov to speak about protocols signed by Armenia and Turkey this week in a bid to establish diplomatic relations between the two countries. Davutoglu also telephoned his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov to talk about the recent progress towards normalized Turkish-Armenian relations. Davutoglu asked Lavrov to work harder to help solve the Azerbaijan-Armenia dispute in order to bring comprehensive, lasting peace and stability to the Caucasus.
