Talks with South Korea are nearing an end as plans for a nuclear power plant in Turkey proceed, said Energy and Natural Resources Minister Taner Yildiz yesterday. On the talks over a planned plant in Sinop, Yildiz said the standard for nuclear plant construction is that a company builds it and doesn't interfere with its operations afterward.
