Bayraktar calls for development in and around Istanbul

Speaking at the 2nd International Green Building Summit, Environment and Urban Planning Minister Erdogan Bayraktar the new settlement area to be constructed in Istanbul would be an ecological site. Bayraktar also lauded the government's plans to build a 1.5 million person ecological city in Istanbul, extending from districts of Kemerburgaz to Kucukcekmece. "We will build flower gardens and equipped ponds. As a result, Istanbul's brand value will be boosted," Bayraktar added.
