Ergun: Growth in output to have positive impact on all related sub-sectors

Science, Industry and Technology Minister Nihat Ergun evaluated in a press statement the official data revealed on Monday on an increase in industrial production in July 2013. Stating that July's growth in output will have a positive impact on all of the related sub-sectors, Ergun said, "The figures are encouraging for us to anticipate relatively better results elsewhere." Pointing out to his earlier statement on economic growth that the growth would be seen during the second half of the year due to global fluctuations, Ergun added, "The data received has shown once again that Turkey's economic growth is based on solid ground and that its industry is resistant to uncertainties triggered by the fluctuations in developed countries. We expect these uncertainties to vanish after a little while."
