Former prime minister Ecevit commemorated

On the fourth anniversary of his death, Former Prime Minister Bulent Ecevit was commemorated yesterday at his graveside at the State Cemetery. Mourners laid wreaths, stand in homage, and prayed in his memory. Masum Turker, the leader of the Democratic Left Party (DSP), which Ecevit led for years, said that they declared the first week of November as a period for commemorating Ecevit.
