In Washington, TRNC's Talat meets with US senators, set to meet with UN sec'y-gen moon

Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) President Mehmet Ali Talat arrived in Washington on Monday prior to his meeting with Greek Cypriot administration leader Dimitris Christofias and UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon in New York. Talat met with US Sen. Richard Durbin in Washington on Tuesday and later proceeded to New York after holding talks with other US senators in Washington. Talat visited Washington at Durbin's invitation.
