State minister Arinc visits Libya

State Minister Bulent Arinc yesterday met with Libyan Public Affairs Minister Mohammed Matuk in Tripoli. During the meeting, Arinc said that he hoped that certain small problems encountered by Turkish firms trying to do business in Libya would be solved. For his part, Matuk promised to facilitate visas for Turkish workers. In related news, Arinc and Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s wife Emine attended ceremonies in Tripoli marking Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi’s 40th year in power.
