Turkish Ambassador to Moscow Aydin Adnan Sezgin yesterday presented his letter of credentials to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev at a ceremony at the Kremlin. During the ceremony, Medvedev said that in recent years relations between Turkey and Russia have risen to the strategic level. "I'm confident that our joint operations in large projects, such as the construction of Turkey's first nuclear power plant, the Samsun-Ceyhan oil pipeline, and the South Stream natural gas pipeline, will expand our horizons of cooperation," he added.
