Bahcesehir University opens liaison office in Germany

Istanbul's Bahcesehir University yesterday opened a liaison office in Berlin to strengthen its relations with educational institutions in Europe, conduct research projects through joint educational programs, contribute to culture and systems of countries where there are Turkish populations, and explore the possibility of founding a Turkish-German university. Among participants at the opening ceremony were the university's Board of Directors head Enver Yucel, Berlin Justice Minister Gisela von der Aue, university President Deniz Ulke Aribogan, German Greens Party Co-Chair Cem Ozdemir, and many other Turkish and German guests.
