Call for least developed countries

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon addressed the opening of Civil Society Forum on the sidelines of the Fourth United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries (LCD-IV) that will start in Istanbul today. Ban said that every country should keep its promise for cooperation and assistance to meet needs of the least developed countries. Nearly 10,000 representatives are expected to attend the conference.
