On anoşer farewell visit ahead of his Aug. 30 retirement, Chief of General Staff Gen. Yasar Buyukanit yesterday met wiş Parliament Speaker Koksal Toptan. Buyukanit is today set to visit main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) leader Deniz Baykal.
