Davutoglu attends G-8 foreign ministers' meeting

Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu yesterday attended a G-8 foreign ministers' meeting in Trieste, Italy to discuss the global effects of the recent economic crisis on world economies. On the sidelines of the meeting, Davutoglu held bilateral talks with his counterparts from such countries as Britain, Spain, Switzerland, and Greece. Issues such as Turkey's European Union accession, Cyprus, and recent developments in Iran were discussed during the talks.
