Davutoglu praises Assad's general amnesty as step to broader reforms

Speaking to news channel TGRT Haber yesterday, Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu praised Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad's declaration of a general amnesty as positive. "This step will pave the way for Syria and also comprehensive reforms," he said. "If this process is carried through, tension will fall."
