The Palestinian Embassy in Ankara hosted a dinner on Tuesday in the honor of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas. Speaking at the dinner, Erdogan said that Turkey has never been silent against the inhumane treatment of Palestinians and his country would continue to be on the side of Palestine as a nation and a government.  Stating that the international community would have paid their legal and political debt to the Palestinians, when Palestine is admitted into the UN as a full member, Erdogan said, "It was a crucial and historic decision of the UN General Assembly to cast 176 'yes' votes to inspect Israel's nuclear weapons facilities. Such a decision will now bring up evaluating certain sanctions in a different way," Erdogan indicated, pledging to continue to provide assistance to Palestine for their development and prosperity.
