Erdogan meets with Barzani

Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan met with Prime Minister of Iraq's Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Nechirvan Barzani at his office on Wednesday. The Syrian crisis and the coup in Egypt were among the issues discussed during the meeting, which lasted more than two hours. Sources said that Turkey and KRG had a common stance and concerns about the recent developments in Syria, adding that Barzani had a similar stance with Turkey regarding the future of Syria.
