Erdogan this week to attend G20 summit in Seoul and visit Bangladesh

Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan is set to travel to Seoul, South Korea on Thursday to attend a two-day G20 summit, followed by an official visit to Bangladesh this weekend. Accompanying Erdogan to both countries will be Deputy Prime Minister for the Economy Ali Babacan, State Minister Mehmet Aydin, who also co-chairs the Turkey-Bangladesh Joint Economic Committee, Finance Minister Mehmet Simsek, and Energy Minister Taner Yildiz, as well as many lawmakers and businessmen. The G20 summit will discuss international economic developments, measures to ensure strong, sustainable, and globally balanced growth, reforming international financial institutions, and global financial security networks, as well as issues such as development, climate change, energy, and fighting corruption.
