Erdogan to visit Germany and France

Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will travel to Germany tomorrow upon the invitation of German Chancellor Angela Merkel to attend the events organized on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Turkish labor force migration to this country which has started with signature of the force exchange agreement between Turkey and Germany dated October 31, 1961. During the inter-delegation meetings to be held by Erdogan and Merkel, opinions will be exchanged with regard to regional and international issues such as political, economic, cultural and consulate relations between Turkey and Germany, Turkey's EU membership bid and the Cyprus issue, as well as developments in northern Africa and Middle East. Erdogan will proceed to France to represent Turkey at the G-20 leader's summit to be held on November 3-4 in Cannes.
