EU Information Center to open in Istanbul

A European Union Information Center will open in Istanbul on Thursday. The Istanbul Chamber of Trade (ITO) and the European Commission's Turkey Delegation will sign a protocol on inauguration of the center, which will give information about the EU to the business world and various sectors of society.. The center will carry out activities under the delegation's communication strategy for enlargement. In addition to answering public questions about the EU, other activities set to be carried out by the center are ones on Turkish-EU relations and EU policies, competitions in Turkey, youth conferences, news conferences, exhibits, and cultural events.
