EU: Turkey's attitude deserves appreciation

David Sharrock, Spokesperson of Kristalina Georgieva, Member of the European Commission in charge of International Cooperation, Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Response, said yesterday that the attitude of Ankara during the Syrian refugee flow was astounding. "Turkey's stance during the refugee flow deserves international community's appreciation and recognition. This support provided by Turkey is an excellent example of humanitarianism," said Sharrock. Sharrock also added that European Commission provided one million Euros for the UN refugee agency operating in Turkey.
