First lady Hayrunnisa Ful to address pace session on education

First lady Hayrunnisa Gul is due today to address a session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), meeting in Strasbourg. The gathering will discuss a report prepared by PACE member Lokman Ayva, a ruling Justice and Development Party (AK Party) deputy, on guaranteeing ill and disabled children's right to an education. Gul, the first Turkish first lady to address PACE, will deliver her speech as the leader of the Education Enables campaign.
