Athens took offense at a recent photoshopped image of a Turkish flag flying over a church on Santorini, a picturesque island in the southern Aegean. Dutch daily De Pers published the image to accompany an article reporting that Turkish businessmen are planning to buy islands in Greece. The Dutch ambassador in Athens sent a letter to De Pers saying, "Greece was offended by your libelous publication and unsuccessful montage."
