Iranian FM Mottaki due in Turkey today
Foreign Ministry spokesperson Burak Ozugergin yesterday told a press conference that Turkey and Brazil are taking joint action to solve the Iranian nuclear controversy. "Turkey is not just part of this process, but at its center," Ozugergin said. "We're working in concert with Brazil." In related news, Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki is set to visit Ankara today to discuss when and where Tehran might take part in a uranium exchange. Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has also invited Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan to visit Tehran.
