Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Kadir Topbas attended a high-level panel on the post-2015 global development at the UN headquarters in New York as the president of United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG). As part of the panel, Topbas’ contributions to municipal work and town planning were praised. Furthermore, Jordanian Queen Rania al Abdullah exchanged information with Topbas, thanking him for his contributions.
