Istanbul University to give honorary doctorate to PM Erdogan, Spain's Zapatero

Istanbul University will give honorary doctorates today to the co-founders of the Alliance of Civilizations initiative, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his Spanish counterpart Jose Luis Rogriguez Zapatero. Istanbul University Dean Yunus Soylet will bestow the honor.
