Parliament to debate motion today on helping enforce Libyan arms embargo

A century after the last Ottoman troops left Libya, Turkish forces are set to return to enforce the arms embargo around the country. Parliament is due today to debate a motion on Turkey's contributions to the NATO mission. Turkey is set to send five ships and one submarine to the region, joining two ships already there.
