After a mortar bomb fired from Syria killed two women and three children in the town of southeastern Akcakale and thus a Prime Ministry motion authorizing the government for a year to send Turkish troops abroad regarding Syria issue was approved by the Turkish Parliamentary General Assembly last week, the Syrian National Council (SNC) agreed on convening in Morocco in November. According to information received from diplomats by the Aksam daily, the position of the SNC as the legitimate representative of Syria will be proposed, probably by Turkey, Egypt and France. Secondly, opening the way for providing SNC with financial aid will be discussed, and then a possible military intervention by the Arab League to Syria will be on the agenda.
