Turkey-Libya business forum held
The Turkey-Libya Business Forum held in Tripoli, Libya on Wednesday was attended by Economy Minister Zafer Caglayan and 175 representatives from nearly 150 firms. Besides, approximately 100 Turkish businessmen in Tripoli have accompanied the delegation. As part of the forum, Caglayan said that three schools would be constructed and nearly 17 schools, police stations and prisons would be repaired by Turkey for free on the occasion of Libya's independence day. Caglayan added that all the expenditures related to engineering services amounting to 300,000 American dollars would be also covered by his ministry, stressing that the information transfer would be carried out in every field from aviation to tourism. Speaking in his part, Libya's Interim National Transition Council Economy Minister Abdullah Shamiah said that they would be able to greatly benefit from Turkey's experiences.
