Turkey's Aselsan in patroit deal with us defense giant

Leading Turkish defense contractor Aselsan will co-develop a major end item for the Patriot air and missile system with US-based defense giant Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS). Raytheon said Turkey's Aselsan will help develop the antenna mast for the Patriot Configuration-3 systems, intended for delivery to the United Arab Emirates. Raytheon IDS President Tom Kennedy said Aselsan will be Raytheon's first major transatlantic partner selected to co-develop a Patriot major end item.
