CHP delegation holsa contacts in the US

The main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) is holding contacts in the US with two delegations. CHP deputy leaders Faruk Logoglu and Umut Oran are meeting with Senator John McCain in Washington, as well as officials from the White House, State Department and Pentagon before they attend the Socialist International meetings in New York. The second delegation consisting of Parliament members Aykan Erdemir, Sedef Kucuk, Ayse Eser Danisoglu and Faik Tunay are currently holding contacts in Washington. Logoglu, who is also former Ambassador to Washington, said in a press conference that now they understand that Americans are very closely following the developments in Turkey.
