Davutoglu meets freed pilots for breakfast
Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu had breakfast on Monday morning with the freed Turkish pilots Murat Akpinar and Murat Agca who were abducted in Lebanese capital of Beirut on August 9 and freed on Saturday after 71 days of captivity. THY CEO Hamdi Topcu, THY Director General Temel Kotil and Davutoglu's spouse Sare Davutoğlu were also present at the breakfast. "This morning we were together with our Murats (Murat Akpinar, Murat Agca) and their families. Actually this was a delayed Eid breakfast for us. I am thankful to our pilots and their families for their dignified stance through this tough period." Davutoglu later said on his Twitter account.
