Davutoglu says Turkey to host CELAC meeting

Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu yesterday met with Costa Rican Foreign Minister E. Castillo Barrantes, who pays a working visit to Turkey. Speaking at a joint press conference, Davutoglu said that the two countries confirmed to set up embassies in each other's capitals. Davutoglu added that Costa Rica would assume the term presidency of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) in 2014 and that they that they also agreed that Turkey is to host a meeting between CELAC and Turkey.
