FM Davutoglu meets with his Georgian counterpart Vashadze

Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu yesterday met with his Georgian counterpart Grigol Vashadze in Ankara. Afterwards, Davutoglu told a press conference that they spoke about Turkey's proposal for a Caucasus Stability and Cooperation Platform, saying that it would help bring stability, welfare and security to the region. "We see Georgia's territorial integrity as a precondition for a stable Caucasus," he added. "A strong Georgia will contribute to stability in the Caucasus."
