Greek Cypriot leader agress to meet with TRNC's Eroglu, UN chief Ban next month in New York

Speaking with UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon, Greek Cypriot leader Dimitris Christofias suggested Nov. 15-17 as dates for a proposed trilateral meeting in New York with Ban and Dervis Eroglu, the president of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). In a telephone conversation with Ban, Christofias said it would be an honor for him to attend the meeting at UN headquarters.
