Guler: 129 Al-Qaeda militants have been arrested so far

Answering the questions of journalists during a press conference held at the Parliament yesterday, Interior Minister Muammer Guler reported that around 345 al-Qaeda militants were detained during 104 anti-terrorist operations in Turkey in 2012-2013 and 129 of them were arrested. Underlying the fact that Turkey's fight against al-Qaeda is not over, Guler denied the allegations that al-Qaeda was involved in the Reyhanli bombings that occurred this year.
