Turkish French Magazine representatives meet in Istanbul

The French Cultural Institute in Istanbul tomorrow will welcome representatives of French and Turkish intellectual, literature and art magazines to share ideas and explore avenues of cooperation. Represented at the event will be French magazines Europe, Nunc, Revue des Deux Mondes and Turkish magazines Birikim, Cogito, Doxa, MonoKL, Toplum ve Bilim, Sanat Dunyamiz, Sozcukler and Varlik. A public event will be organized at the center on the theme of the contemporary metamorphosis of religious fact and of secularism and globalization. Writer-philosopher Ahmet Soysal and writer-translator Frederic Joly will serve as moderators at the free event.
