Antakya Civilizations Choral Society, consisting of people from three divine religions, has been nominated for the 2012 Nobel Peace Prize. The Choral Society sends peace and friendship messages to the entire world through its hymns and songs. Hatay Governor Mehmet Celalettin Lekesiz said that the Choral Society was established with support from the people living in Hatay six years ago. The Choral Society includes people from different ethnic, professional and religious backgrounds.
