Bagis praises Turkish Parliament's foreign affairs committee

EU Minister and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bagis yesterday defined the declaration which was released by Turkish Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee urging the French Senate not to adopt the resolution criminalizing the rejection of Armenian allegations on 1915 incidents as a historical decision. Speaking at a banquet which was organized at the EU Ministry for members of the Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee, Bagis said, "I attach importance to your unanimous call for France to make a right decision for the future of relations between the two countries in a common declaration."
