Main opposition Republican People Party (CHP) leader Deniz Baykal yesterday continued to criticize the government on recent detentions and arrests under the controversial Ergenekon probe. Speaking at his party's parliamentary group meeting, Baykal said that the veracity of documents related to the probe has not been confirmed. "This is a psychological demolition operation," Baykal added. He also criticized the government stance on a court case against the Lighthouse Foundation, a German-based charity run by Turks. Stating that no one has testified so far in the ongoing probe, Baykal claimed that justice in Turkey is exhausted.
