Speaking at his party's parliamentary group meeting, Main opposition Republican People Party (CHP) leader Deniz Baykal yesterday said that last month's local elections had ushered in a new era for Turkey. Touching on the declining vote share of the ruling Justice and Development Party (AK Party), he claimed that the party lost votes nationwide.
