Speaking at the Export-oriented Manufacturing Strategy Board of Survey meeting yesterday, Economy Minister Zafer Caglayan said that Turkey's exports amounted to $8.3 billion on January 1-25. "These figures show that we will be able to reach our goals. The export target totaling $151 billion which has been set by the Turkish Exporters' Assembly (TIM) shows Turkish exporters' confidence in us in the sense that we could be more successful than we expect." Caglayan added that Turkey will grow by a minimum of 4 percent, unless a domestic or global road accident occurs.
