Ceylan's "Three Monkey's" gets creativity award from European council

Famed Turkish director Nuri Bilge Ceylan's "Uc Maymun" (Three Monkeys) has received the Creativity Award of the Council of Europe. The jury of the European Cinema Competition, made up of eight ambassadors and two high-level officials, all of them currently serving on the Council of Europe, gave Ceylan's movie the Creativity Award, while presenting a Human Rights Award to Ursula Meier's "Home." Ceylan's movie also won last year's Best Director Award at the Cannes Film Festival.
