Chief EU Negotiator Bagis meets with Vatican's FM Mamberti

Chief Negotiator for EU Talks Egemen Bagis yesterday visited Vatican’s Foreign Minister Dominique Mamberti. During the meeting, it was reportedly said that prior to his visit to Southern Cyprus on Sunday Pope Benedict16th will make efforts for peace on the island. In related news, Bagisalso met with Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi.
