Cicek receives his Kyrgyz counterpart Keldibekov

Parliament Speaker Cemil Cicek yesterday received his Kyrgyz counterpart Ahmatbek Keldibekov at the Parliament. In his speech, Cicek said that Turkey and Kyrgyzstan are two friendly countries and that Turkey sincerely supports the reform work and all sorts of efforts aimed at boosting people's welfare and happiness and ensuring stability in Kyrgyzstan. Speaking on his part, Keldibekov thanked the Turkish government for its support during the incidents which occurred in Kyrgyzstan in 2010, adding that they want to benefit from Turkey's experiences. As part of his visit, cooperation protocols were also signed between the two countries' parliaments.
