Davutoglu holdas talks in Cairo

On a two-day official visit to Cairo over the weekend, Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu met with his Egyptian counterpart Mohamed Abdel Hay El Orabi. Speaking later at a joint press conference, Davutoglu described Turkey's policy in the Mideast as clear and transparent. He also said Turkey supports all efforts to promote peace in the Middle East. El Orabi, for his part, said that the ties between Turkey and Egypt show stability, and that the two countries enjoy strategic cooperation in the region. During his visit to Cairo, Davutoglu also met with Arab League Secretary-General Nabil El-Araby to discuss recent regional developments
