Davutoglu: "Egypt's Mubarak will be judged fairly"

Former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak will be judged fairly in his trial for crimes allegedly committed in office, said Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu yesterday. Speaking to reporters alongside visiting Egyptian Foreign Minister Mohammed Kamil Amr, Davutoglu made the remarks when asked if he had mentioned Mubarak's example when he visited Syrian President Bashar Assad in Damascus earlier this week. Davutoglu added that the issue of judging Mubarak is an internal Egyptian matter.
