Davutoglu to visit Paris
Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu will travel to Paris today for an official visit. As part of his two-day official visit, Davutoglu is set to hold bilateral and inter-delegation meetings with French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius. The positive atmosphere of meetings between newly elected French President Francois Hollande with Turkish President Abdullah Gul and Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, as well as the invitation made by Fabius to Davutoglu are considered as "putting the relations between the two countries on the right track again" by diplomatic sources. As part of his visit, Davutoglu will also attend the third meeting of the Friends of Syria Group tomorrow.
