Davutoglu visiting TRNC

Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu will travel to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) today to meet with President Mehmet Ali Talat ahead of the second round of Cyprus negotiations due to begin on Thursday. The first round of the Cyprus talks ended on Aug. 6 with a meeting between Talat and Greek Cypriot administration leader Dimitris Christofias in the island's buffer zone.
